LifeWave NanoCommunications, LLC, hereon referred to as LifeWave NC, LLC, is in
the business of selling LifeWave products to Militaries and Government Agencies
Worldwide. All sales will be bulk orders by contract rather than individual orders.
Overview
LifeWave Products, LLC and its two subsidiaries LifeWave, LLC, and LifeWave
NC, LLC are 3 separate corporate entities each with their own business and profit
model. LifeWave Products, LLC is the manufacturer and developer of LifeWave Technology
products (patches). LifeWave, LLC sells LifeWave products, consumer health products
only, to consumers worldwide via the network marketing distribution model. LifeWave
NC, LLC has an expanded line of products. In addition to consumer health products,
LifeWave NC, LLC has products ideally suited for military applications. NanoTechnology
has enabled us to develop Software for the Human Body. Our patches communicate with
the electrical field of the cells throughout the body. What makes our products unique is that nothing enters the body. Our Energy Enhancer Patch increases energy, stamina,
and performance by 40%. The patches contain no drugs, stimulants, or anything harmful. We only use natural ingredients in our products.
Military applications are adaptable to peacetime training and missions as well as
wartime situations. Our products could hasten the physical fitness at Basic Training,
thereby shortening the time required to meet performance standards. We provide integrated
capabilities for the protection of health and sustainment of military performance,
directly impacting service member in the performance of their mission. Our NanoCommunications
technology allows metabolic adjustments to optimize performance in aerospace operational
environments and optimization of physical performance and musculoskeletal injury
prevention and recovery. Our products can be adapted to early intervention in life-threatening
battle injuries, before and/or during medical evacuation. We also have products
that help maintain casualties during prolonged evacuation. Our products can contribute
to sustained effectiveness during high operational tempo, enhancement of human and
machine interface, and enhanced battlespace situational awareness. This software for the human body is relevant to military personnel, military dependents, veterans,
and the health of the public worldwide.
